Hello all! I've recently started playing and have a good grasp on the rules and deckbuilding...however certain cards have me stumped. One in particular is the "Stinking Drunk" condition. I say it's attached to an opponent. My girlfriend says the opposite...Help please? Thanks!

It could actually be either. Attachments can be played on any character by default. If an attachment can only be played on your characters, your opponent's characters, or some other restriction it will be printed on the card.
