Does Rabbit Hole's ability allow player to search deck for another copy of Rabbit Hole, yet decide not to install it? For example, if the runner has no credits left, can he still search for another copy of Rabbit Hole in his stack just to keep the card in his Grip?

You'd be correct on that Saturnine. You may search and install, paying the cost, or you may not. No half measures. Same thing with Accelerated Beta Test - you may install AND rez ICE, or you trash the card. No installing unrezzed.
