I have 2 different versions of Tywin Lannister. I can only play one Tywin even though they are different but can I say include 3 of each type in my deckbuilding?

You can have up to 3 cards by title in a deck. It doesn't matter how many different versions of that card you have among those 3 cards. So, in short, the answer is yes you can put in 2 different versions of Tywin Lannister in your deck but you may only have at most 3 Tywin Lannister's in your deck. It can't be 3 of each version.
