So yesterday I bought 3 packs of 25 toploader sleeves for my pilot cards. I am glad I got them as they really will protect my cards. The only problem I have now is storage. I do have a plano 5231 case that I store everything else in except for my big ships. I kept them in their plastic cases they came in. So is there anything out there I can store my cards in that will be able to fit my cards now?
Pilot card toploader sleeve help!
Any deck box from FFG or UltraPro should work.

That is what I use for my cards. Rebels are red and Empire is black and they have their own deck boxes. You could say I like to take care of my miniatures and anything that goes with them.
My current storage solution is I use the bags to keep stuff together. So I have all of my X-Wing dials, Pilot Cards and cardboard inserts in the same bag. I bought card protectors yesterday and will put them on when I get a chance to protect them further. It is annoying to have to dig through the bags to find the right one amongst the 13 of them (I have two bags for the eight Tie/LN's), but it makes it much easier once you do.
for Toploaders I use either these:

Thanks for the help everybody. I appreciate it.
