Prankster: R Destroy this card: befire readying cards during your ready step, each player chooses a foundation in there opponents staging area. All copies of the chosen foundations are committed, and may not be readied untill the begining of your next turn.

So if i were to pick and name a foundation in my opponents staging area, and I also have copies of this card in my staging area will mine me committed also because it says all copies of the chosen foundations are committed?.

Also, when a foundation is committed then you can't use any of the R, E, F abilitys on it correct? But what about if the effect on the card dosn't have an R,E or F in front of the effect?. I know on character cards the effect is a constant effect but is it the same with foundations that are committed?.

Thanks,

it says all copies so all copies in either staging area so yes, yours would be affected in the same way as his.

and no, unless the ability specifically says "playable while commited" it cannot be played, for Rs Es and Fs. with continuous abilities, unless it states if it needs to be ready or commited it's always in effect.
