I'd say swap to 1 Rookie and Biggs for the X-Wings, and 2 Dagger with Advanced Sensors. Thils lets you move your B-Wings later in the round, and Biggs allows you to dictate your opponent's strategy a bit.
I ran this squad and it netted me 3rd place in a tourney (3 complete victories, one loss by 4 points due to EXTREMELY bad rolls on my part):
Ibtisam (B-wing) w/ PTL + Adv Sensors
Blue Squadron Pilot (B-wing)
Rookie Pilot (X-wing) w/ R2 Astromech
Rookie Pilot (X-wing) w/ R5 Astromech
(100 pts)

If you are going this route it kind of seems like you might as well just do the
Red Squadron x 2
Dagger w/ advanced sensors x2
or
Rookie
Biggs
Dagger w/ advanced sensors x2
personally I would prioritize putting points into the B-wing pilot skill, as with the advanced sensors they benefit a lot more from moving as late as possible
Going dagger + advanced sensors should be priority. Biggs+ rookie is solid backup plan.
I really like: Blue Garnet Dagger
Roark+ blaster + recon
Dagger + adv sensors
Blue + adv sensors
Rookie (R2 optional)
Gets the best of both with higher PS on the Bwings (dagger and Roark boost) with a bit more damage soak (Roark + recon + turret provides more survivability than a second Xwing). Winning PS war with any one ship and then simultaneous with Roark and a blue is solid firepower.
The Daggers with Biggs and a Rookie is definitely a strong list, it was flown to the World Championship this year by Paul Heaver.
Any team of 2 X's and 2 B's is going to be fiercely competitive. The ASDaggers with Biggs and Rookie is the most successful version, but not necessarily the best. Bloody Daggers (two reds, two ASDags,) Blue Thunder (two rookies, two blues with HLCs,) the OP's version with FCS and Astromechs, and several others can and will win games.
