SPD Is Zangief only. The current rules only state you can't play non-matching character only cards, and non-matching CO cards in your staging area are destroyed.

They say nothign about playing a react or enhance on a character only card that's face up in your momentum (which is surprisingly easy to do w/ some cards in the new sets).

Is this addressed in the new rules?

Your momentum is not in a staging area so it is exempt from Character Only, but the application of this is incredibly narrow...

the fact that Tieh Lei, Iron Thunder(set 12) can do it is reason enough to get the ruling
