Just got my first firespray today. Now I can finally have a doom shuttle! And I have stealth devices for my interceptors. There really isn't a limit on what I can do with this thing. Not sure what kind of squad I am gonna run now but the shuttle and firespray will definately be in it. It will be fun to fly them together and dispose of those dirty rebels.

im starting to think a mix of cheap ties and big ships gives u many more options than a 3-big-ship list. im looking at ur 2 academies and thinking blockers?

I set this up with the TIEs in the middle and the Snowy Pulsar Elk on one flank. Then I usually group Fett with the TIEs. I want to lure them towards the main group, since Fett can easily manuever in combat, while the doomshuttle flanks on the side. If they go after that, they've turned their back on a serious threat. If not, I've got the beast behind them in two turns, where it can slow down and deliver withering fire.
I have 2 Firwsprays, and almost grabbed a third when I got my third YT that I am gonna try to modify to something different.. painting second Firespray in a Kath scarlet pattern, should look pretty cool I think.

Blockers is what I would use the academies for and that setup you posted was pretty much what I was thinking of doing. That should force any rebel squad to break formation. Boba and the OGP would be their primary targets and more than likely will ignore the TIEs in the process. I would keep the TIEs in formation and focus on blocking any of their high PS ships where OGP and/or Boba can pick them off one by one. Thats my stragedy anyway.

Boba Fett+ Navigator+Expert Handling+ Proton Bomb+ Slave 1 (not using a torpedo, but he's Fett therefore he is in Slave 1)
Krassis Trelix+ HLC + Recon Specialist + Assault Missile
Boba as an in-close knife fighter with Krassis sniping from around the outside. Assault missile in case of swarm.

That's a very good thought. I could take the Assault missile off of Krassis, and swap the Proton Bomb for a Seismic Charge to make room. Definitely something I'll consider. I DO like the Proton Bomb though. Hmmmmmm.... Back to the squad builder lol

A little late on the topic but congrats on the purchase! I love the Firespray both in design and function. I don't always fly imperial, but when I do, I have a Firespray in my squadron. 
Send it to me. I'll paint it up, but it won't come out the way you are hoping for.
I have no idea who that character is but I kinda want to buy more firesprays now for different paintjobs. Before this game, I thought Jango and Boba were the only two that had one. I really need to brush up more on my EU knowledge.
