As a collector of vintage toys, I'd say save your money and buy something else. Whatever it is you most like to collect. Imo what people are paying for some things is way over priced, and I have to say downthe road the prices may drop

There is no "overpriced" WRT this stuff. People pay what the items are worth to them. "Overpriced" is a completely subjective definition. If they are not worth that to you, that's fine. FFG has done the right thing and made these items totally unnecessary for any sort of game play. People that want them and are willing to pay for them can have them, people that don't are not at the slightest disadvantage in the game. Sure the value will wax and wane depending on the whims of the market. Small pieces of cardboard and acrylic have no real value. I think these items are at a higher value currently since it's in the middle of regional season, so people are X-Wing crazy right now.
