Sacrifice VS Cloack...what happen?

If i combat whit a Scourge (Sacrifice power: brodd War exp) vs a Wraith that use a Cloack ability...what happen ?

The scourge and Wraith are destroyed for Sacrifice power ?

Or it's destroy only scourge...?

Sorry...the rules it clear !

Tha sacrifice power not work vs a cloacking unit
