Is FFG serious about these events if they haven't posted a list of locations yet? February is in 3 days and the registration cutoff was in November.

They haven't even informed all of the stores that applied whether or not they were accepted.

Both Barrister stores have a 10am registration the day of. Registration ends at 10:50. (This might change). First round will start at 11. We are going for a prompt start and I do not know how late commers will be handled.

I love FFG, I really do, but good god do they need a team of people dedicated to organized play. It's what keeps people viewing FFG as a "board game company". They have made some strides over the last year or so, and with both star wars games and netrunner being realitively new games, they're competitive scene has more than doubled. But still, this stuff needs to be more organized. You hiring?

And the big tournies going until 2-3 in the morning is a whole seperate issue.

FYI, the March 1st event at Borderlands in Greeneville, SC has been moved to March 15th due to an overbooking.

Well, I've been making sure to bump it every now and then when it gets low on the page, mainly because edits don't bring it back to the top. FFG needs to release a master list. FFG also needs to finish informing all of their stores whether or not they're hosting one.

There are at least two in Georgia. There is a third, but they haven't set a date that I know of yet.

Battleground Games & Hobbies in Plainville MA will be running a Store Championship event in late March. The date has not been finalized just yet.

Planet Chaos in Fort Atkinson will be hosting a Store Championship on Saturday, March 22 at noon. This will be a first and we're pretty excited. If any of the other shops in the area are hosting one, please post so that we can spread the word.
