If you can't break the first subroutine on wotan (or any) do you face all the following subroutine(s) or are you considered out since every subroutine that you can't break ends the run ?

Subroutines resolve in order. The moment one ends the run, you're out.

EDIT: It's moot with Wotan anyway - all the conditions are optional, and the runner's choice. If you can't pass Wotan, you're unlikely to choose to trash a program or take a brain damage. You just allow the first sub to end run.
