He dosent work with stun sadly, but everything else is gravy. Shooting cap is just that much better with him..
Personally I like him on fire though, there are just to many commit for a damage pumps that become that much better with him.

It's similar to that Ibuki foundation, Shadow Art, which I abused quite a lot back in the day (I threw a 16 damage Kunai after some reactions with Megalomania, Shinobi...).
Really, really strong, he can make really strong attacks. And the E has nothing to do with Bitter Rivals as it has a cost and doesn't see hands.
this card is the best human character yet (sorry olexa). this is so scary!
