Tauros Rapid Assault Vehicle

By ShadowFighter88, in Only War

Did this ever get rules for the RPG? I've seen mention of a customised one in Final Testament but was the base version ever ported over from the wargame? Not necessarily for Only War, but for any of the 40k RPGs?

EDIT: Lexicanum link for those not familiar with it.

I believe the only version we've been given is the one in Final Testament.

With a little luck though, the upcomming Shield of Humanity will have a few new vehicles.

I thought they already had stats for this. Though i'm just a player, not a GM, so I haven't been digging around every book. At least my GM has stats for it. Seen him looking through books behind his screen when we took hits while using them anyway.

I just used the stats from Final testement, the only thing non-standard about it was the extra seats and the heavy bolter, and personaly i liked the idea of the extra seats as a alternate standard pattern, to give it more of the Humvee feel

Oh yeah, reminds me of the variant that James Swallow had the Battle Sisters use in Hammer & Anvil . :)

The link is informative. Though digging around, i'm not sure what to make of some of the stats in the articles.

Thunderhawk's have a service ceiling of "Not Appliccable", okay, they're transatmospheric, i get that. But then...why is their top speed listed at 2000kph then? That's like Mach 2. I know it's not the point of this discussion, but i thought it was silly enough to point out. ;)

Oh, that was the only difference? I wasn't 100% sure what adjustments that Commissar had made. Either that or it was mentioned and I just skimmed right past it.

Yeah in the apendix "Npc's & Adversaries" on pg139 it says exactly what was added to meet with the commissars (hes in town, you know) expecations
