I would love to see the Snow speeders, or the Cloud Cars, or E-wing's , I would love to see some ships from the " Clone Wars" t.v. series, like Slave II , the Skipray, Lady Luck, or even Dash Rendar's ship. whats on your minds? Bigger ships? Eclispes Imperial Destroyer? Rebel Transport?
What Ships do you want to see in the new phase's coming out?
Snow Speeders....and the AT-AT Imperial Walkers....and a Hoth-themed gaming mat....with shield generator objective.
By the way, Battle for Hoth was and still is my favourite part of all six Star Wars movies.
As this is a space combat game I wouldn't hold your breath for the snow speeders and walkers, I'm highly doubtful on those.. the SlaveII would be cool or even hounds tooth, those style ships are multipurpose and that makes them useful in the game.. the Dash Rendar ship falls in that catagory as well I think.. anything else ... who knows what FFG will do.. they have been known to surprise, and they have been known to disappoint.

Not really sure what either of you meant with those..

Some people get very touchy about apostrophes. Or should that be apostrophe's? Either way, I think it's silly so posted a silly reposte. Was juvenile but hey, I'm in a daft mood tonight!
Anyway, as someone who loved bombing star destroyers in Battlefront II, I'd love to see a model of one for X-Wing. But it might be too big.

I would love a battle for Hoth game, but I would prefer if it was a different game. I don't want to see the Rebellion show up to a space battle with a snow speeder swarm.
I actually have all the ships I wanted. I know that to keep a game going you have to keep releasing updates, so FFG will have to move on to more ships, but I kinda wish they didn't have too.
Defo Z-95 Headhunter and YT2000
For a bigger ship to counter the Corvette the Correllian Gunship.
Does anyone know if they plan to do capital ships like Star Destroyers or Mon Calamari cruisers? I'd be interested to see how they do named pilots for that. Would they be commanders instead? And good lord, can you imagine what their upgrade bar would look like!? It would be full of cannons and crew members!

Why couldn't ATATs or ATSTs function in non-atmospheric conditions?

Why do you have to keep releasing updates? Just keep the organized play going and the game will keep living. Chess anyone? Even as far as FF is concerned, how many updates have there been to Twilight Imperium / most of their board games? I I know those gets played on a regular basis without something new every 6 months.
Now if only we had more races in X-Wing so to use it to resolve space battles in TI3, that would be awesome
Here's a thought, although it might be for Epic only. Golan Space Defense Platform. Gives a possible objective for scenarios, and also something to get by to get objectives.

because they are ground vehicles. I honestly can't see them functioning in space..

I doubt we would be getting ISD's or MC80's... when scaled It would probably be be your entire play area...
I wouldn't mind a MC80 or ISD shaped game board with Turret Models

I think it is feasible for ground vehicles to function on celestial bodies with gravity but no atmosphere. Obsidian Squadron was atmospheric, if we need an exception.
There is no atmo on the moon, but there is gravity. ATAT/ATST units could attack that.

Ground Vehicles are not entirely out of the question..
"At the suggestion of Anakin Skywalker, many Venator-class Star Destroyers of the Open Circle Fleet had SPHA-T turbolaser cannons installed inside their ventral hangar bays, where they were used effectively during the Battle of Coruscant,"
Self-Propelled Heavy Artilleries shooting from the a flight deck?
Sure that quote from Wookiee isn't properly sourced there. But it does have me to believe Imperial Walkers are not entirely impossible.
Sure, they could work on zero atmo planets, or moon.. still a ground vehicle.. not a space ship.
I wouldn't mind them, just cause I have a scenario a friend made that could use them.... but I don't see FFG making them for a space flight dogfight game, that's all..
All the starfighters are space and atmospheric worthy, and could be used in either space battles or over a city on a planet.. this is still a game of starfighters and such.. not ground assault and such..
Loronar E-9, JM-5000,Sorosuub yacht (any yacht really) and Incom A-24. I'd like to see some other ships for smuggler, pirate trade etc
More bounty hunter ships, (Hounds tooth, IG-2000, Mist Runner, etc) and the Outrider would be nice. Also would like to see a rebel aces expansion. Maybe a Y-Wing with Elite Pilot Skill?
I'd also really love a rebel ship with bombing capability.

Lots and lots of people all over the world play chess and checkers, have done so for generations, and teach their children at an early age.
I would be surprised if X-wing Miniatures is still around in 5 years. It's actually very limiting compared to what it could be, and I suspect you'll start seeing a lot of Me Too lists. That's never good for a game.
