Last night I ran the boxed game with 4 pc's and everyone had a lot of fun. However, a few questions popped up that I wasn't entirely sure on.

Exactly how do movement and actions work out of encounters? Is each player still limited to an action and a maneuver, going from one to the next?

Maneuvers and actions really only come into play during the turn-by-turn encounters. When you don't need to track every minute of the action, just let it slide into a narrative mode. Describe the situation, let players call out their actions, roll on them, and move the story along.
