In addition to defensive decrease Fel shoots too early for Opportunist. They will very likely have whichever token they took for action (unless you really really outmanuevered them, which is easy to do with Fel) and you won't be able to use opportunist on them. Even Royal guards shoot early unless you're using them to pick on named pilots.

Fel with Opportunist and Targeting Computer is actually very interesting. TL for action, get a free focus from opportunist, and plus one attack die.

It looks like the ultimate glass cannon build. Tons of damage but zero defense aside from 3 hull and 3 dice.

This almost feels like a glitch... but in the end this works only on targets W/o tokens ... so maybe you are still better off with PtL. But on the other hand ... with THIS Fel on the board its gonna be hard for opponents do use any other action as long as Fel is there.
