Probably a stupid question about stress and actions

So if I pilot is stressed, he skips his perform action phase. Can Lando, or someone with Squad Leader make someone who's stressed perform an action?

For those who are wondering (especially since the referenced post only references this answer and doesn't directly address it) the answer is:

No, you cannot give a ship with a stress token a free action via Lando or Squad Leader. Ships with one or more stress tokens cannot take actions in any way, shape, or form. They can still receive tokens from non-action sources, but no actions.
