I got my new core set and in the rules it says for first game separate factions into starter decks which would be 40 per deck . Then shuffle neutral cards, 24, and deal 10 to each person. I only have 21 neutral cards numbers 111-119. I also came up with 4 faction cards each from both elves factions. Anyone have any insite why I only have 21 neutral cards instead of 24? Thanks

I remember some talk on the forums about this before - maybe the wording was strange? I can't recall. Make sure you have evreything listed here. If so, you're in good shape.

Thanks Sammann! I got word back from FFG that the 3 I was missing was the 3 neutral quest cards listed in the 120s which I have. I didn't put them in there because it says put neutral cards 111-119 in there. Anyway I got it figured out. Thanks again Sammann ! Nice to have an active forum.
