Today I played two 200 point games. First list I ran was a little of everything. Krassis trelix with hlc gunner and anti pursuit lasers, omni cron with anti pursuit and advanced sensors, two saber squadron with PTL and stealth then howl runner, back stabber, mauler mithel, and dark curse three of the ties had veteran instincts but I don't remember what ones. First match I ran against an A, 2 B, Y, 2 X, and a HWK. First match I got destroyed! I took out a b wing and the hwk, while my friend killed everything! Lol next match my friend took my list and I ran 8 COUNT THEM! 8 x-wings 4 Rookies then wedge, Luke, Biggs, and garven. And holy crap an x-wing swarm is MEAN! If only it was as effective in a 100 point game just wanted to keep you guys posted on the larger than 100 point games. So if you haven't tried a big game I suggest giving it a whirl it's a lot of fun! Now I have to get back to watching Return of the Jedi!!!! May the force be with you all!

Sounds like fun though... i keep wanting to get a few people together with 100 point builds and just go nuts..

Another fun way my friends and I play is each player gets 35 points and it's a free for all! We've have up to 7 players at once it was nuts!

What size mat\play area did you use for the 200 point games? I feel like the 3 foot by 3 foot would get really crowded..

3 by 3 and it turned into a train wreck fast bc we both kept everything in tight formation all the way up until or forces smashed into each other lol

We did a 200ptn game last thursday, I tought we were the only crazy guys doing that point level

I teamed up with my brother to fly a mean Imperial squad at a friends 200 point super elite Rebel squad, lols he had no pilot below skil 8!

My brother flew: 3 academy's, Howlrunner, gundark and mauler I think, not sure about the last 2...

While I took a bounty hunter with Heavy Lazorcannon (wich got discarded the second turn after a lucky crit, never shot the damned thing ) and gunner, Major rangeband 2 advanced torpedo's (only got points for one though, needed to exchange the second for cluster missiles for points) and marksmanship and then mister Vader with Squadleader.

The Rebel guy took, like I said, all ace pilots, he had Han, Luke, Wedge, Ten numb and the ps 8 Y-wing guy with various upgrades...

It was quite the massacre, but next week iam teaming up with him against my brother for revenge! Prepare for Han to the face!

Also we played on a 48" by about 48+ish... and 2 sets of asteroids ofcourse!

200pts is definitely a lot of fun. Taking down Chewy AND a rookie in one volley of interceptors (and Vader) is extremely satisfying.

If you haven't gotten a chance to try it out I would highly recommend it.

Take Wedge, Biggs and 2 more rookies. That is basically half your 200pt swarm. And yes, it is a very effective list. X-wings are awesome.
