So if I'm using Jalabhar Xho the one where he claims power every dominance if I didn't lose any challenges, but my opponent has the Baratheon Iron Throne where you win Dominance Automatically what happens to the power on Jalabhar Xho?

Think of the "if you lose dominance by 4 or more" condition as being comprised of two separate conditions:

1. Lose dominance

2. Count 4 less than the person who wins dominance

Now, with the Baratheon Iron Throne, you will always find yourself on the short end of #1. However, that doesn't stop #2 from needing to be true before all of Xho's power is discarded. So, unless the Baratheon player actually has at least 4 more standing STR than you do, you won't discard the power from Xho, even though you lose dominance all the time.

There's kind of an interesting possibility here with the Bara Iron Throne: if you count 4 for dominance and the Bara player counts 2, you technically lose dominance by -2.
