FAQ p.5 "A Tale of Champion" says his trait should read "Ironborn".

Since I cannot see any printing mistake on the card itself, does it mean that he should NOT have the Night's Watch trait?

No. The first print of Cotter Pyke had an error with his "Ironborn" trait being misspelled. It was released spelled "onborn." This may not have been true for all copies shipped in the first print but mine definitely has this printing error.
