Nice index. I'm doing something similar, but a bit more time consuming. On my iPad, I'm entering stats for all the beings, weapons, vehicles, and starship weapons. It's a slow process, but one that'll be worth it hopefully when I can just cut/paste what I need into a new note to use during play instead of flipping back and forth through books

Just the basic Note app. Are there any apps with better features that you know of that I could use? Lol. And yea, it is hefty work, but I work on it some just about every day while on breaks at work. I start with making a template for each category (ship, minion, rival, nemesis, weapon, etc) so I can easily copy/paste that into place then just fill in the details one book at a time. Right now have all the weapons for Enter the Unknown and most of the people/creatures from Beyond the Rim finished.

I've been using Evernote for this, but only for npcs and their ships at this point. I guess the apps are very similar but the one thing Evernote has going for it is that you can put checkboxes in the notes, so I use these notes for live play - I just make a copy and check off strain & wounds as I go.

Very cool--I especially enjoy the chop-shop and warehouse, since I'm looking to get my PCs into the salvage business, so with any luck I can use the setting to drop some hot merchandise on them that the Imperials are looking for. Thanks!
