Yes, you apply what's written on the Lycanthrope card.

No character will have any advantage over the other in this case. Having to roll on the Werewolf Chart with the provided bonus means an almost guaranteed stalemate in a standard Crown Ending.

This is a rare occurrance and something to avoid, unless you want to cause an overlong Crown fight. Just don't go to the Crown if it is Night and a Lycanthrope is sitting there. Wait for Daybreak, if you can.
