How is this squad

this squad pretty much alpha strikes then guns everything down. I need some critiques. Feel free to say what you want about it.

Wedge = big target. Yes Biggs buys u a turn or 2 (if u r lucky) then wedge will get targeted with everything they have. APT is close range, thats risky especially if they fly at you from different vectors. Id go with a B-Wing over the A-Wing if you have one - they pack a real punch and their poor manouvre dial is imo largely a non-factor as they get to barrel roll.

With whom and what on the b wing.

The trouble with Biggs with R2F2 is that you often need focus to go along with it. Just the die alone isn't usually enough to keep Biggs alive long enough to be effective. So your option is to drop r2f2, or give him some way to add a focus token or two. Kyle, garven, lando, squad leader are all options right now. Not that you need it, but its usually recommended.

Also, tycho tends to suffer from squint disease. All it takes is one bad roll and he's toast.

Not that this is as bad squad, tycho and wedge are fun to fly together, and your ordnance should pack some punch. But you might want to consider trading tycho in for a dagger with advanced sensors. You should have enough points for an hlc on the dagger, too. That will hurt more and more often than an awing with a missile will.

I do like HLC on B-Wings, it just makes it a huge target for enemy fire early (thats where Biggs can help) - if u keep it at long range for as long as u can then u should be ok.
