Page 64, under Survivors it has WORN OUT BLASTER PISTOL -> Damage 4 Critical 6. Should that be the other way (Damage 6, critical 4) or is it intended to be this way since it is damaged?

Seems logical to me, it's worn out so it doesn't work as well.

The NPC stat blocks don't really "play by the rules" when it comes to gear and special abilities when compared to the PCs, so the stat block is probably correct, meaning that said pistol is pretty much junk unless a PC happens to not have a blaster at all.
