Slightly on topic. Have you posted any more information about Can Nats in your announcement thread?

ps. player to win questions are always fun and I will post my self determined odds after noting who is attending.
If I had to put my money on someone probally would be Jon Herr for obvious reasons.
I know who had **** well BETTER win it >=/

orly? care to share goosey?
I want toofis to win
Well first I want a American to win again...and second I would like I or one of my many players coming from Rochester, NY for the event to try and take it down. Thats right Team Rochester is coming in full force so be ready.
WARNING: I AM GOING TO PISS OFF A LOT OF PEOPLE WITH THIS POST!!!!!!
No offense to Jon Herr/Americans, but the fact that last year the top 4 were all americans, and that an American won the whole event pissed many canadians off (including myself).
If I had to put money down on this event, I'll put it down on myself because I am the only player I can truly trust. Last year I only lost to Mr. Herr himself Can Nats, and at Gencon I finished with a 5-1-1 record getting diversified by Mr. Hata by 1 point, so I know I am capable of competing vs the Top Players. Althought I did extremely poorly in the Michigan regionals, I did not lose a single game and drew 3 times, including when facing Tanner's brilliant Gill deck. I also came from a brutal flawless victory (0 game losses) in the Montreal Regionals, and we'll see how I do at the Rochester Regionals.
From my various resources and knowledge of player power, if I had to bank on any americans to win the event the list would go as such:
Tanner L, Omar C, Ben Shoemaker if he shows up, Jon Herr, Matt Kohls, Andrew Olexa, Jeremy Ray, Paul Bitner.
Lastly here is the list of Canadian Players, I feel are strong enough to win the championship (I'm not going to name anyone on the Official Team Foxhound [my playgroup] because I am biased towards them)
Kin Tong Chan (Top 8 in 3 out of 3 regionals), he is part of my playgroup and my travelling partner but Honestly I believe this guy is the Top dog in the Canadian Meta Hands down!!!
Marc Renaud (needs a little more exp, but this guy has blazing through the eastern Canada and I can see this guy making an impact in the near future)
Andre Picknell (Ontario Regionals winner, another great player that not too many people know about),
CtrYellowbird (Kin tells me this guy is brutal to play against and he is a Team Nationals Champion)
See you guys at Nats, and sorry if I left you out...

LOL what about all the STG staff members.... But if any girl can do I do think it will be ivey she has done very well this season for regionals.
The Yanks are comin.... the Yanks are comin... and we won't leave until it's over over there!
actually, seriously... not me.
Unless I find an amazing seat sale... it won't be me.
Jeremy Ray better win or else Shaneth/Chubbs will be pissed.
UFS HOUSE will be in attendance. I will be attempting to defend my title.
And Shajir: I understand why many Canadians were upset about the make up of T8 (I think 6 or 7 were Americans) but if you don't want to see a repeat, the Canadians better bring their A game cause I know the Americans that are coming up aren't giving anything less than theirs.
Looking forward to it!

Hey, there's a real girl on my card's artwork!!
(I don't know who she is, but I'm betting she's real. She definitely looks photo referenced.)
At Icarus_Rising:
It wouldn't be the same without you Sir!
Ideally for me it would be me vs you in the finals LOL...
I still need to recover from that 55 damage attack string you threw at me last year... Triple Suzaku for the Lose
@ Shajir, thx for the kind words
Wow, this thread makes me miss my previous team captain,Simon (previously forum name as KnightSpirit) and his style of trash talking, LOL
I'll say that "be the best prepared guys/groups take it" and I hope its a Canadian... or a Foxhound guy (my personal bias), in my opinion, they are overdue to win one really big...

Should be an interesting event. Sucks that it's the same weekend as our regional here, though...I won't be able to follow it as closely as I'd like =(
But good luck to all those going!
Somebody's playgroup needs to go up there as Team America, Oh ya! (thats the edited version) Regardless of who wins the thing it was a blast last year and I'm looking forward to going again. I would encourage anyone who has the ways and means of attending to do so.
jeremy is a canadian jew so it wouldn't be to terrible if he won.
I think it will be interesting. Good players are good players, but there have been a lot of improvments from people for the past year and new players too

Only one thing to say to that...
