It continues to amaze me how this game and this community have become such an important part of my life. I ahve amde friends here who i am closer with than folks I ahev known since my twenties. There are people here who know more baout me than people I wnet to college with. This community has always been comprised fo incredibly smart and generous people and I am sure this will continue goign forward. i treasure the realtionships I have established here and look forward to continued correspondence in teh coming years.

The game itself is a thing of beauty - the most immersive experience of Westeros that has yet been released. i have nevr flagged in my enjoyment of the game - even if I do criticze decisions and specifics at times. My love for Thrones is always there. when I question or rasie concersn - ti is always with a sense of commtiment to the game and concern for its players and their enjoyment. I'll never be a Pollyanna but I will always be a supporter. and i am veyr happy with the direction the game is headed in. The CCG model is for all intents and purposes dying, at least in the case of niche products. The LCG model and the Core set should keep us contesting the Iron Throne for years to come.

To answer dobbler, I turned 41 on Tuesday and am starting my fifth decade. That I have a passion for an intellectual past time such as htis keeps me young, and keeps me looking forward to many more years of gaming and vibrant discussion.

And a couple of you put a lump in my throat with your kind words. just so you know.

Ahhhhh Stags. The community just wouldn't be the same without you. For instance, the average number of gramatical errors would be reduced by over 9000. The number of targ players would drop by 1. The list goes on, but I don't want to bore you with the details. Needless to say, it woud also be alot less interesting. Over the years Stags, you've made me think of some really intersting decks, and motivated me to build and play them(if only to prove you wrong. Baratheon Burn FTW!). Thanks for everything you've contributed man. I hope to cross paths with you again someday.

Belated Happy Birthday, Ser. As others have stated, you've done a lot for the game - especially impressive is 'powering' through this transition period & keeping what appears to be a strong meta going.
