I just got this game and have read through the instructions. However, it took me and some others playing it to understand a little bit more of why things are the way they are.

However, I can't for the life of me understand why you can only muster armies up to the amount that your Supply track enables you to have. So, my question... how in the world are you able to increase your Supply (when you can't generate more than what you're able to) and then just adjust the Supply after you recruit more forces?

I'm supposed to host this game for tomorrow and would really appreciate any feedback so there's no awkward moments during game-play and we don't end up playing it the wrong way.

Nevermind. I found it. I don't know why I missed the rule in the beginning of the Supply, explaining the number of Supply Icons reflecting how much Supply a person can have. Feel dumb *facepalm*
