New books - new talent trees

By facenorth23, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

Anyone working on the new 'printable' talent trees from ETO already?

I'm not that creative and love the people that are on this forum.

:-)

What does ETO stand for?

Think the OP meant ETU (Enter the Unknown).

Ok, lol. Thanks I was searching all the products thinking, did I miss something?

Doc, minor thing on the new talent trees you may want to fix:on the archaeologist tree, knowledge specialization should be a ranked talent.
Awesome trees though. I have them saved on my tablet for easy use.

Thanks for the catch. I also noticed a small typo in that talent. I've uploaded corrected pdfs

The interface I am on can't read Doc's files.

Are they image files of some sort? If so, any possibility that they can be textified? Sorry to be a pain the the neck if I'm being one...

No image at all. They are all text and vector.

Doc,

I've made a similar suggestion before, but could a page be added that lists the career skills for each of the careers themselves?

With specializations being shared between careers (Pilot and Driver for starters, probably more as the line continues to grow), obviously adding the base career skills for each specialization isn't an option. But it'd still be a handy reference to have the skills from the parent career in the same document.

Doc, end of the color one has assassin in B&W.

I seem to be having trouble with the files. I can't get the file to work with my text to speech reader. Seeing as the core rules won't ever be in a pdf format, I'm always on the lookout for alternatives.

I'll get someone to help me and let you know if we get it fixed... Which actually means figuring out what I'm doing wrong.

I think I see what the problem is. The original pdfs were created by Illustrator, which basically makes tagging impossible. I've been slowly moving to InDesign, which means they can be tagged (although the reading order is way out of whack by default), but so far only the 3 specs from EtU have been converted over.

My dad actually got them to read for me but you're right... the order is all off. He said your pdf was very useful for him. He's the GM for the group I play in. So you got a fan, anyway. :)
