Wich player assigns/deals the damage from Lizardmens capitalboard.

Lizardmen player or the attacker?

The Lizardman player does. The Lizardmen capital board rule is;

"After an attack against you is resolved, deal 1 uncancellable damage to a unit that participated in the attack."

Should you read the text literal or is intended to help trigger Lizardmens Savage?

It can be used to trigger Savage on a defender that survived.

Mind the wording on Invoke Khaine's Wrath:

Action: Destroy all units that participated in combat this phase.

So I guess there should be a difference.

Hmmmm, Gnomeschool you're right. Only attackers participate in an attack, I thought it was participate in combat.

Thanks, and the Lizardmens capital effect kicks in on all attacks, I guess. Even from quests that let the opponent to attack during the quest phase or Empires Winter campain
