So I spent a little time trying to figure this out and maybe someone here will have a better idea. So I thought that having a metal death star dial would be kind of cool. Something similar to the Balance of the Force coin that was a prize in the last Regionals. Anyone have an idea on where to look to even try and make this a possibility?

There is an american steel company called Rook that might either be willing to fashion something or point you in the direction of someone who can. I would be prepared to pay a lot for it; custom metalwork can be expensive.
