Just pop a highlight on the cockpit and maybe some gloss varnish and I think it'll look awesome.

Where is your Krassis Trelix?

Wow good job dude. I tired painting a couple of Tie Fighters but I'm no better now at painting then I was 20 years ago LOL.

I still need to do up the cockpit in a gloss finish. And I was gonna paint Krassis trellis but I couldn't find any reference material other than the card and his ship is kinda boring looking lol

Can you tell me how you did the weathering, and more specifically the detailing? I've been trying to use ink for the longest time, but i can't keep it from ruining the paint job...

the wash I just grabbed a wide brush and coated the whole model in wash. honestly its a little darker than I was going for but im not complaining. just cover it in wash and wait for it to dry then if you want a darker look add more and wait for it to dry. hope that helps

That's probably caused by the type of paint you use. Acrylics are extremely susceptible to anything alcohol-based or with harsh chemicals. Enamels will not be affected by ink washes, or any other kind of wash for that matter.
