One of the cards in a POD pack (a "Brown Water Rat" from JDtA Nightmare Deck) was defective so I contacted customer service and told them about the problem. They had a replacement card in the mail in less than 24 hours. It arrived in less than a week (and I live in the north of Canada) and was well packaged.
