the new rules will take effect when they are officially posted, from my knowledge there is already a ban list and they dont plan on banning anything else currently.

Steve officially stated there are no bans/errata for April in the SotG.

So there is nothing new to take effect. It's the same status quo it was a month ago.

If you're referring to the new rules of Terrain, Combo, Etc - Those will all go into effect as soon as your group is using set 12. (The set that is releasing this week)
