What do BQ Void Shields do?

Would it only be power and space decrease via BFK rules, or would it also grant a +1 Void Shield Str increase?

Only power and space...+1 Void Shield is a massively powerful advantage. There are archeotech shields that require you to make a test to double your void shields for a single opponents turn.

I was hoping that was the case. Guess I needed some knowledgable corroboration. Thanks.
