Trying a Z-95 design experiment

By Gosric, in X-Wing

Ok. i had to remake the Z-95 mk4 (my version *L*) due to a file crash and as i was redoing it i thought about several conversationas regarding the ship and decided to ditch the swing wing on the final version. Seems pointless on something designed for space combat. Maybe it was thinking about how a lot of older WW2 planes were still in use as late as the 60s in some small countries, albeit heavily modified. This, along with the probable influence of seasonal medications, led to the idea of making my new version with a variety of attachments to replicate that kind of thing.

Still in prototype stage, ho hull detail or anything of the sort yet. But close enoguh to give an idea

The Z-95 multi role set. Comes with a free set of steak knives....ok maybe not.

But it does come with the option to have wing root mounted blasters instead of wingtip (with an aux intake so that if that doesnt float ones boat there will not be a big square hole)

Or for wingtip armaments i have included the options for heavy blasters, triple light blasters and twin missile wingtip mounts. I wasnt sure about the external missiles but considering the common use of them in the Clone wars it seemed right for a Z-95).

These along with the twin underside launchers already in place makes the Z-95 the perfect fit for the planetary warlord or pirate on a budget.

If this seems like a good idea to anyone let me know if there is anything else you would like to see added (within reason of course) i

Well, I like it, Gos.

I like that version a lot though it doesnt fit the description from the book, and to me looks more like a Crusher Joe fighter. But this is also suppose to be (in my weird personal alternate reality) the last incarnation of the Z-95 rather than the early
