If this has been posted I may have missed it. Does anyone have any Dark Heresy stats for Necrons?, Or advice on how to come up with them?

Maybe not the Fellowship part.
And the Agility part may also be somewhat lacking for your basic Warrior.
(I remember a write-up which had them have near-abysmal agility, but counterbalanced it with the Trait "The Slow Walk: Necrons may reroll any failed agility test to move on difficult terrain. An unstoppable killing machine falling flat in its shiny metal ass just isn't intimidating...")

It isn't, but I'd gain a few fatigue levels from laughing too much
