My problem with this fleet is that folks are naturally going to want to kill Krassis first, regardless of your Rebel Captive on Fett.
Maybe give him Navigator for extra maneuverability?
Autoblaster is awful - save the 5 points and put them somewhere else. I think everything else is a fabulous start, though, if you're into a 2-Firespray kind of thing.
I actually like Autoblaster here, actually. Yes, it's overexpensive in usual fleets unless you know you're going up against a Swarm, but putting it on an extremely agile ship means you can use it more often than not.
Of course, the true problem is knowing whether you SHOULD use it.
Way I see it, at Range 1, you're opting to trade an attack die to negate all of your victim's evasion dice (excepting Crits).
Considering you're planning on using actions to get into Range 1 (*coughNAVIGATORcough*), you'll be attacking without offensive actions primed. As such that extra die has a 50/50 shot of giving you damage.
If you expect their evasion dice have a better than 50/50 shot at preventing even a single damage, using the Autoblaster ought to deal more expected damage than attacking with your primary weapons.
We can probably find another way to get you your mobility and damage from Fett though. Rebel Captive + Engine Upgrades + Daredevil + Autoblaster = 15 points that we might find a new way to spend.
For instance: instead of Daredevil, consider Push the Limit or Expert Handling. The former lets you be more mobile with your Engine Upgrade as you do not have to sacrifice other abilities to use it, and the latter gives you those MONSTROUS large-ship barrel rolls, and some extra defense as a bonus.
A couple of weeks ago I used Expert Handling on Fett, and the mobility it gives him is insane. I would definitely take it over Daredevil. I like Engine Upgrade on the Firespray as well. The Auto-blaster I have not actually tried it in a list though. I'm interested to see if Fett can make it shine.
If you are planning to get into Range 1 with Fett to use the Autoblaster would the Saboteur be worth looking at?
Edited by JacobTheAussiePersonally I would just swap the rebel captive for navigator and test the squad.
Having navigator may negate needing to boost somrtimes allowing you to take an action ie focus or daredevil.
I agree with rhe maneuverability of expert handling but as you really want them in your front arc to use the autobla@ter daredevil will serve you better, possibly at keeping out of arc also.
If only the firespray could take the autoblaster and FCS
