Wormholes and Transfer Action

By kaiteinomen, in Twilight Imperium 3rd Edition

There is a question about wormholes and transfer actions. Can I consider systems containing matching wormholes as adjacent systems when taking a transfer action?

I found some texts from the rulebook and FAQ,but they confused me.

(from the rulebook)

A system containing one end of a Wormhole is considered adjacent (even for the purposes of a transfer action ) to a system containing
another end of its Wormhole type (Alpha or Beta).

(from the FAQ)

Q: When are systems containing matching Wormholes considered adjacent?
A: These systems are considered adjacent for movement purposes only. This means that you cannot fire PDS cannons
through, annex planets through, use the Integrated Economy technology through, or take a Transfer Action through wormholes.

This error was fixed in the most recent 2.2.1 FAQ

purposes only (including Transfer Actions). This means that
you cannot fire PDS cannons through, annex planets through,
or use the Integrated Economy technology through.

Oh,I didn't notice that. Thank you.

The update was very recent, after someone on BoardGameGeek noticed it, and I posted a question to Corey about it :) So it's understandable. I don't think there was even a notice that the FAQ had been corrected. (Or if there was, it was little).
