Besides the Crown of the Elder kings relic, are any relics from the game such as the Black Blade, Runeplate, or others ever be found in RTL? Dont have the expansion yet and I was just wondering.

None of the older Relics are used in the RtL dungeons. You would have to design your own dungeons to bring them in or else kitbash some houserules to use the old quests in an RtL game. Neither of these options is beyond the realm of possibility if you're willing to bend the rules a bit. I would worry about the potential rule imbalance of allowing the heroes to have those relics and keep them moving forward, though. Also, IIRC, there's a rule that says Relics cannot be destroyed, ever. So once your heroes have Soulbiter (ie) you can't take it away from them.
