It's a stylized version of a Starbird or Phoenix.

Oh I know about the Phoenix now. I meant more the Imperial cog. I guess I rationalized it as the Imperials being cold and sterile while the Rebels are trying to bring life back to the galaxy, which is indeed true.

That ability is slightly too powerful. I would say something like 'Action: Gain 5 stress tokens to make a primary weapon attack. You cannot use this ability if you have any stress tokens.'
