I am thinking of getting one of these and flying it either as the Magic Space Bus (shuttle) or as a Bounty Hunter.

I think I love it as a Bounty Hunter.

I have liked this for a while really.. saw it some time ago.. post up some pictures when you get a chance.. and let us know what material you get it in .. I think FD should be fine and have some great detailing..

The only way to go at Shapeways is FD or FUD because from what I have seen everything else is a fuzz ball.

As for material FD is what i always suggest. i only leave WSF up in case someone is broke and desperate *L*. WSF has worked well for some of my capital ships in a different scale but the details on them are less pronounced so it works out ok.(4.5 inches=2kilometres how much detail can one have).

Anything in 1/270 should be in FD or FUD. My Rampart cutter came out pretty well in WSF polished probably because the details are deeply incised and it is a big wedge rather than something with long wings etc, though i would be concerned about the guns barrels.

This one should be FD.as i am not sure how the hinge for the folding wings would do under the polishing process.

The design was originally the personal ship of the Sith enemy from our Star Wars rpg but it would make a good bounty hunter i think
