What it says on the tin. How would you stat it up?

I've considered this closely since its a common support element for stormtroopers. I'm torn between using personal scale and planetary scale (Silhoutte 2 with a light blaster cannon). The latter would make it useful against vehicles - something stormtroopers themselves are not, but absolutely deadly against characters.

You could probably get away with Silhouette 1, since it's fairly large, but not quite as big as your typical speeder bike or riding animals such as dewbacks or banthas (noted as being Silhouette 2). Probably give them a 3 in Brawn and Agility, a 1 in Presence. and 2's in everything else. Also make it a Rival, with a 15 Wound Threshold and 6 Soak Value (equivalent of Padded/Laminate Armor plus one rank of Enduring), apply Adversary 2, and then skill ranks of Ranged (Heavy) 2 and Perception 2

For it's primary armament, I'd say use the Heavy Repeating Blaster as the droid is noted as generally being an anti-personnel weapon but only able to destroy "light" vehicles, not being a true anti-vehicle unit. And at 15+successes damage, that's going to be enough to knock most PCs out. It won't due much against actual military vehicles, but from what the Wookieepedia article suggests, neither is it really meant to, particularly when supporting a group of stormtroopers.
