Ok I reckon this strategy is pretty obvious. Kill things before they get a chance to try to kill you right back, and quest. Glorfy hopefully will pick up the Rohan trait along the way, or the guy across the table will get join the army if possible too. The deck does well enough as long as I draw enough Elrond's Counsel to keep threat low. Only 2 'dalfs since the core set is split between two players.

The problem though is clearly no test of will or galadrhim's greeting, any ideas on how to shuffle around the cards?

My suggestion would be ditching the Quick Strikes for the Test of Wills. You have lots of other ways to kill enemies before they get to you (or Feint them or push them back to the staging area), and the cancellation would be excellent. You also might want to consider Daggers of Westernesse. They would be a great fit for the deck, could work as replacements for the Spears if you don't draw them, and could go on Glorfindel in case you don't have Nor am I a Stranger. Just some thoughts. I've had a lot of fun playing mono-Tactics Rohan lately, but Spirit-Tactics will be fun to try out too.

I say replace Astonishing Speed with A Test of will, and if you really need the threat reduction, you can replace one the Stand and Fight cards with another Dwarven Tomb to recycle Elrond's Counsel more, or you can replace one Stand and Fight and the Dwarven Tomb with Galadhrim's Greeting.

I'm also surprised not to see any Unexpected Courage, Steed of the Mark, or proxied Rohan Warehouse. I hope Eomund and Westfold Horsebreaker show up often enough, and I guess those guys themselves warrant 3 Stand and Fight cards if you can't fit in any of the attachments I mentioned. I'd also say add more Horns of Gondor, but it appears you don't have any more.

Have also been playing around with solo Rohan spirit/tactics deck and initially included 'stead of the mark' and proxied warhorse's, and took them all out again...as Dunhere with 2x spear kills most things on his own.. the mounts & Forth Eorlingas! unfortunately just took up space . I do expect to include them in the future and especially two handed decks.

Can we have a deck WITHOUT Glorfindel!?!

I very rarely use him in any decks, but it's the path of least resistance for the most out of your dunhere.
