I got a Malifaux bag with custom trays. Luckily enough, I have a pretty small collection so I think it carries all my stuff pretty easily (except for my second falcon... I might be able to fit it on top of the other falcon if I cut it's sensor dish off).

My double sided tacklebox for game tokes (I keep it on the tableside while playing, keep it clipped to the bag for transport)
