My Lambda Shuttle has 2 bent guns, as you can see on the picture, below. My OCD is kicking in and I was wondering if there is a way to fairly easily fix this?

Hot water, not quite boiling. then bend to position and let cool

My solution was to cut them off, drill thin holes in the stubs, replace with wire, and then undercoat over.

On the film model, those guns are very thin so they are IMO too chunky on the model.
