The Rogue Trader book Koronus Bestiary is really good.

Only War - Enemies of the Imperium is really good too.

Really depends on what you're planning to use them for.

I'd suggest the RT & BC books will probably be most useful.

To follow up on the above, it really depends on what kind of campaign you're planning to run. If it's investigation oriented, then you can get good inspiration and background from almost any system's sourcebooks. If you're going combat heavy (advice: don't), then look at Only War and RT books for enemy info.

If you want access to more weapons and equipment take a look at Into the Storm and Hostile Acquisition (both from RT) in that order.
