I don't understand why this guy is getting ANY business at this point. This has to be the third or fourth thread on his BS I have read in the last few months alone.

The fact that there are a handful of people who have had adequate experiences really doesn't change the fact that the guy is an unprofessional hack. From poor quality mats, to charging for special shipping that he doesn't use (then not refunding the difference), to ridiculously long wait times, this guys behavior is appalling.

Agreed - that's hilarious. I'm sure people thought **** (Sorry, Richard) Butkis had an "unprofessional sounding" name too when he was coming up - maybe he should have changed his too, huh?

I'm just saying, I can understand hating on the guy's mats, that seems fair. But complaining that he named his company after himself because you don't like the sound of it seems like dirty pool.
