Rank speculation:

The "Feast for Crows" POD expansion for the Game of Thrones board game was released to attendees at Days of Ice & Fire 2013, April 12-14.

It was released for retail on 5/29/13.

Now, that's the closest comparison I can think of to the Draft Packs being made available at Worlds, and conceivably serves as a data point as to the turnaround time of their POD process.

The announcement article for the Draft Packs said they'd be out in "a few weeks," so I'm guessing right around Christmas. Conceivably the week before, but depending on what they anticipate for demand, they might delay it a week and release it the week of New Years or the week after. But I think eight or nine weeks doesn't seem like they'd call it "a few weeks."

So who knows? But, my money's on the bottom half of December.
